We begin with your concerns: where hearing is difficult, what you are noticing, and how it affects your daily activities. We explain your screening results and discuss the next steps.
If hearing aids are an option, our recommendations take into account your hearing needs, preferences, and budget.
Cost: Hearing screenings and consultations are complimentary.
Hearing aid selection & fittings
We work with several major manufacturers so you can compare styles and features. We explain the differences, help with fit, and show you how to use and care for your devices.
Questions about rechargeable batteries, phone compatibility, or handling small controls? Tell us what matters to you so we can discuss suitable options.
Hearing aid repairs
We service all makes and models. Contact us if your hearing aid is not working as expected or you need help with maintenance or adjustments.
- In-office repairs: complimentary when possible.
- Lab repairs: excluded from the complimentary repair offer. Ask your office about the process and cost for your device.
Call before spending money on a replacement or repair. We can discuss the problem and arrange to check your hearing aid.
Ongoing aftercare
Support continues after your fitting. Our aftercare program is designed to help you through the life of your hearing device, including questions about daily use, maintenance, and adjustments.
Ask your office which services are included with your particular hearing aids and which repairs may have an additional cost.
